Once you or your Support Coordinator submit a referral, our intake team initiates a prompt assessment. Depending on staff availability and the complexity of your care plan, services can often commence within 48 to 72 hours.
We assign a small, consistent team of caregivers to each participant rather than rotating unfamiliar faces. This ensures our team thoroughly understands your routine, medical needs, and communication preferences while maintaining reliable backup cover when your primary worker is on leave.
Every staff member completes strict pre-employment verification, including AHPRA registration checks (for registered nurses), NDIS Worker Screening Checks, Working with Children Checks (WWCC), National Police Clearances, and mandatory First Aid and CPR certifications.
